Downtown RAC Chair

Troy is a Junior Secondary Education Major with an emphasis in History. This is Troy's second year as an RA in Seneca Hall. In addition to his RA responsibilities, Troy is in the NRHH Chapter of WVU. In his free time, Troy enjoys interacting with his residents, playing Pokémon Go, playing video games, watching football and hockey, and spending time with friends and his Fiancée.
